Sundance Music Studios is a monthly music rehearsal studio complex located in Jersey City, NJ. Established in 1988, we have been going strong servicing the music industry for over 20 years!

Founded by Joe Gallucci, a local musician who wanted to create a place and atmosphere where musicians could feel comfortable enough to let their creative juices flow. Sundance's first location was above the Jersey Citys's Board of Ed building and was a success with all the local and Manhattan-based musicians and bands. Sundance spent 10yrs at that location and was responsible for many of the Tri-State bands keeping their chops polished. Though it was a great run, it was time for a change. Instead of revamping the whole studio Sundance packed up the amps, drums, PA and every rock poster it could find and moved to its new location.

Still in Jersey City but now on Carbon Place, Sundance also took on a new partner at this time. Kathy Notarmaso joined the Sundance team in 2000 and they purchased the new location to secure Sundance's future for decades to come.

Sundance has been dedicated to it's local community of musicians for over 20 yrs! Hope to see all the people who made Sundance a success in the past & all the new faces & sounds that will help crank it up into future with the Tri-State Areas #1 rehearsal studio.

We have 14 soundproofed studios perfect for rehearsing or recording. This is where you need to be to write, work and play on your own equipment without any distractions. Play from 7a.m. till 2 a.m. Access your equipment 24 hours a day!
